Falling in love with Nuxe

Nuxe is a brand that I think everyone has come across at some point. Sold in Space NK, Marks and Spencer and many independent pharmacies, it's a well known French brand that has been going for over 20 years. I had previously tried the oil but had yet to try more from the range. It's safe to say I have fallen in love with the brand. Below are some favourite that I think would be perfect for most skin types.

Probably the most iconic product from the the range, the multi-purpose oil is well known not only for its skin benefits but for its divine smell. Made using six plant oils, the product is luxiorus but still light. I have been using this at night all over my face (and hair if I am washing my hair the next day). A little goes a long way with this product and the uses for it are endless. I also love it on my legs I am wearing a dress or skirt for some J-Lo glossy pins.

Although it's not super sunny weather yet, I often wear SPF when out for a walk along my local beach. I love taking all my makeup off, putting on big sunnies and letting my skin take in some natural vitamin D. I try to do this at least once a week and I do think it makes a big difference. Whether it's the sea air or the sun that makes a difference, I don't know! The Nuxe Milky Spray is SPF 20, has anti-agin properties and nourishes the skin. It sinks in really easily and the spray bottle makes it great for on the go.

I have sensitive skin so finding a moisturiser that suits without making my skin greasy or break out, can be troublesome. However the Creme Fraiche de Beaute Light is designed for sensitive/combination skin making it perfect for me. Not only does it nourish the skin but it also mattifies to take away any shine. This has been a revelation to me and it makes the PERFECT makeup base. Again, it takes very little of the product and at £25, it is definitely an investment product but one you won't regret buying.

Remember I said above that the oil smells amazing? Well it smells so good, they have made a perfume that ALSO SMELLS LIKE THE OIL. At £43.50 for 50mls, it's not a cheap option but it's the most sexy scent ever. With notes of orange blossom, magnolia and vanilla, the scent is perfect for an array of ages and is great for day or night. I think this could be my new signature scent. It also smells great layered with other scents (namely another favourite of mine, Ellie Saab) and as it is an Eau de Parfum, one spray provides a lot of punch.

Overall, I am majorly in love with Nuxe and can't wait to try more from the range. The stuff is not highstreet cheap but still cheaper than many of the higher end products that I love. I think Nuxe is a really under appreciated brand in Northern Ireland so I would highly recommend that you try it out!
