Easy 4 Product Face

I've been really lazy/stressed/worried/had a lack of sleep this week. It's been as quick as I can throw my makeup on and run out the door. I usually would probably use 7/8 products in my daily makeup routine which usually takes around 15/20 minutes. This easy 4 product face takes 5 minutes which is fab.

Firstly I start with Dr Jart Water Fuse BB cream. It has a SPF 25 and blends in beautifully. I usually just apply it with my fingers then use my Real Techniques Buffing Brush to even it out. The BB cream has quite a wet texture when first applied so using a brush settles this. I follow this with They're Real mascara by Benefit. This is my current mascara of choice. I am very anti expensive mascaras but I love that you can get this mascara in a half size for the same price as a drugstore one. Mascara's seem to dry out so quickly and it's important to change them for eye infections etc. I really love the effect this gives. People have commented on the size of my lashes lately so it must be working! For my cheeks and lips I use another Benefit product, Fine One One. At first I was really dubious about this product but for speed purposes or for those a bit rubbish on the contouring/blusher front, it's perfect. It is a cream product in a stick form with 3 colours- a highlight, blush and contour. Apply on your cheek in a streak and blend out. I also use the highlight end on my nose and about my lips. I also use the contour colour on my lips. I've actually become obsessed with this product. It just shows that sometimes you have to give products a chance! Lastly, I fill my brows in with my Laura Mercier brow pencil in Warm Brunette and brush them through with a spooly.

It's such an easy, quick and clean summer face. I am much preferring BB creams these days. If I need a little refresh later in the day, a little spray of Urban Decay De-slick or a touch up with Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection concealer comes in handy.
